All orders are shipped by domestic US Postal Service, with tracking confirmation. Tracking numbers can be supplied by email if requested. Postage and sales tax is calculated automatically on the order form

$4.50 for the first book, and $2.00 for each additional book.
Priority Mail
$7.50 for 1 book
$11. for 2-4 books.
$15. for 5-7 books.
$20. for 8-10 books.
